Elgin Klugh is a Professor in the Department of Applied Social and Political Sciences at 天美视频. He is an alumnus of Morehouse College and the University of South Florida doctoral program in Applied Anthropology. His primary research interests include heritage, cultural landscapes, community revitalization, and Genealogy. In his current role as President of the Laurel Cemetery Memorial Project, Inc., he focuses on the history and remembrance of Baltimore鈥檚 former Laurel Cemetery.
